And I have all in all owned about a good 25 RTX GPUs of a variety of brands and a variety of companies.
And by far, the Gigabyte Windforce is my favorite!
Most GPUs I owned, failed, because of the exposed pins on the back. Gigabyte got me covered, the metal plate offers protection from static on sensitive hardware.
Windforce also comes with 3 fans, that are SUPER QUIET! (caps = pun intended).
No for real, they're quiet!
The only 2 brands that I have had zero returns with, is Zotac AMP, and Gigabyte Windforce.
Asus: Works well, but has the worst customer service that won't honor your factory warranty; and replacement fans for the ROG STRIX series of RTX GPUS is nearly impossible to find, or extremely expensive! 2 returns, and I won't recommend this brand!
EVGA: Great Customer Service, but I got tired of all their GPUs failing after a while. EVGA honors their warranty, but you end up paying for return shipping. 7 returns!
MSI: 2 DOA GPUs covered by Amazon return policy. I never bothered again with them. Their prices are also not very good.
NVidia: lousy performer, and overly expensive (like the apple of GPUs). Not recommended. Zero purchased.
PNY: 2 returns, lousy performer, sub quality parts.
This specific card had a whole lot more brands manufacturing it than I had anticipated so, I had to do a little digging into the prospects.
What it ended up boiling down to, at least for me, is that; not only did Gigabyte's rendition microscopically outdo its competitors in performance, it also has a very solid and generally friendly customer service program.
My only issue was port placement in regards to the case I bought.
I am not sure if it is just because of my case but, the ports butt up against the case's slots so that, when I try to plug my 2 monitors into the card, it is somewhat intercepted by the case. This means that I have to be super careful to not bump the cables or else they will lose connection.
Again, I think this might just be an issue with the case - not the card itself.
Hope this is at least somewhat helpful haha.

Monitor: BenQ EX3501R 35" HDR Gaming Curved Monitor, UWQHD, 100Hz, FreeSync, 4ms, Port HDMI USB-C.
Zero lag, buttery smooth gameplay, quiet under full game load and stays cool in a Rosewill Cullinan ATX Mid Tower Gaming PC Computer Case with Blue LED Fans.
Keep in mind with this case, you'll need to mount the video card 1st before you mount your CPU cooler, I had a hard time with the CPU cooler in 1st when trying to mount the video card.
Can't say anything about Tech Support since there's no problems, yet.
Will update the review later after extended use and will post pictures.

I bought the 2nd card and a bridge to connect the two, the card they sent me would not work in any slot in my machine even if it was the only card in the PC using the same slot and power cords as the original card did.
obvious faulty card.
Father who is a computer programmer helped to confirm this.
Checking your product to make sure it is functioning is fairly easy... there is no excuse for sending a faulty card.
Almost seems intentional.
I’ve noticed a theme among computer hardware sales online, especially video card...
Send a known faulty card, the person contacts them about it, they say, send it in we will fix it or give you a new one.
You send it in, they then tell you, darn we don’t have any replacements, we will need to refund you.
No big deal right? Wrong, the refund will not be what you paid for it, they will spitball some numbers at you and hope you just take whatever they say, last time this happened to me, after arguing with them, I managed to get about 70% of my money back... they end up a few hundred dollars richer. EZ money...
Watch out for these hardware companies, do not buy video cards online if you can help it.
